TALLEY BRAND FAN ART STRANGLEHOLD SWEEPSTAKES
Official Rules and Earned Display Offer Terms
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
These Official Rules govern the free Talley Brand Stranglehold Sweepstakes. The separate Earned Display Offer Terms in Part Two govern the guaranteed promotional display included with qualifying purchases. A qualifying purchase does not create a Sweepstakes entry, provide an additional entry, or improve the odds of winning.
Part One: Stranglehold Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The Talley Brand Stranglehold Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered solely by Talley Brand Company (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor may be contacted through https://www.talleybrand.com.
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp., Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, the National Football League, the Chicago Bears, the Green Bay Packers, Luther Burden III, or any other player, team, league, organization, or rights holder.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence when they enter.
The Sponsor, members of the Sponsor’s immediate family or household, and anyone directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible. “Immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse of any of those people.
The Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period and Drawing Schedule
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Daylight Time on July 17, 2026 and ends at kickoff of the Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers game scheduled for October 11, 2026, currently scheduled for 3:25 PM Central Daylight Time (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
If the NFL officially changes the date or time of the game before kickoff, the final entry deadline will automatically change to the game’s official kickoff date and time. The Sponsor will announce any known schedule change through Talley Brand’s social accounts.
Six prizes will be awarded through three drawing checkpoints. At each checkpoint, the Sponsor will select one potential winner from the X Entry Pool and one potential winner from the combined Instagram/Facebook Entry Pool, for a total of two potential winners per checkpoint:
-
First Drawing: Entries received by 11:59:59 PM CDT on August 13, 2026. Potential winners selected on or about August 14, 2026.
-
Second Drawing: Entries received by 11:59:59 PM CDT on September 10, 2026. Potential winners selected on or about September 11, 2026.
-
Final Drawing: Entries received before the official kickoff deadline described above. Potential winners selected on or about October 12, 2026, or the calendar day following the game if its date changes.
An eligible non-winning entry received before an earlier checkpoint automatically remains eligible for each later drawing. A person does not need to enter again. New eligible entries received after a checkpoint cutoff will begin with the next drawing.
Follower totals, likes, repost totals, comments, views, and other engagement measurements do not determine the number of prizes and do not affect winner selection.
4. How to Enter
There are two separate entry pools: the X Entry Pool and the combined Instagram/Facebook Entry Pool. A person may enter both pools, subject to the limits below. A purchase is never required.
A. X Entry Pool
To receive one entry in the X Entry Pool during the Promotion Period:
-
Follow @talleybrand on X.
-
Repost the designated Talley Brand Stranglehold Sweepstakes post.
The entrant’s X account must be public when entries and potential winners are verified. The qualifying follow and repost must remain active and visible until the potential winner is confirmed.
Limit one X entry per person and one X entry per X account for the entire Sweepstakes. Reposting repeatedly does not create additional entries. Anyone found using multiple X accounts to enter may be disqualified and all associated entries may be voided.
B. Combined Instagram/Facebook Entry Pool
The Sponsor will combine eligible entries received through the designated Instagram and Facebook Sweepstakes posts into one Meta entry pool.
To receive one Instagram entry in the combined pool during the Promotion Period:
-
Follow @talleybrand on Instagram.
-
Leave a comment on the designated Talley Brand Stranglehold Sweepstakes post on Instagram.
To receive one Facebook entry in the combined pool during the Promotion Period:
-
Follow the official Talley Brand Facebook Page.
-
Leave a comment on the designated Talley Brand Stranglehold Sweepstakes post on Facebook.
Limit one eligible entry per person on Instagram and one eligible entry per person on Facebook for the entire Sweepstakes. A person who completes the entry requirements on both Instagram and Facebook may have one entry from each platform included in the combined pool. Repeated comments do not create additional entries.
Sharing a post to a personal Facebook timeline, sharing it to another person’s timeline, tagging a friend, or sharing an Instagram post or Story is appreciated but is not required for entry and does not create an additional entry.
C. General Entry Requirements
An entrant must continue following the applicable Talley Brand account or Page, and the qualifying repost or comment must remain visible, until the entrant is verified or the Sweepstakes ends.
Automated, scripted, bulk, bot-generated, incomplete, deleted, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for private accounts, deleted posts or comments, failed follows, platform filtering, display errors, technical failures, or entries the Sponsor cannot reasonably verify.
Use of multiple accounts on the same platform to obtain additional entries is prohibited. If more than one person uses the same social media account, only the person identified as the authorized account holder by the platform or the Sponsor will be treated as the entrant.
5. Prizes
Each of the six prizes is one Luther Burden: Stranglehold 2026 First Edition Display. The approximately 36-inch-tall contour-cut display is one of 50 individually numbered pieces in the 2026 First Edition. The Sponsor will assign each edition number. A winner may not select, reserve, or exchange the assigned number.
Approximate retail value of each prize: $79.00. Total approximate retail value of all six Sweepstakes prizes: $474.00.
Prizes will be shipped only to a valid deliverable address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The Sponsor will pay standard prize shipping. No cash alternative is available. Prizes are nontransferable before fulfillment. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Each winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules.
Any description of the prize as a “choking hazard” in promotional copy is rivalry humor about the scene depicted in the artwork and is not a product-safety representation.
6. Winner Selection, Entry Carryover, and Odds
At each drawing checkpoint, the Sponsor will select one potential X winner at random from the eligible X entries received by that checkpoint and one potential Meta winner at random from the eligible Instagram and Facebook entries received by that checkpoint.
Eligible entries automatically carry forward to later checkpoints until the entrant is selected as a potential winner. Once selected, a potential winner will be removed from all entry pools while eligibility and prize acceptance are verified.
Limit one Sweepstakes prize per person across X, Instagram, and Facebook. If the same person is selected from more than one pool or at more than one checkpoint, the later selection is void and the Sponsor will randomly select an alternate from the applicable pool.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in the applicable entry pool at the time of each drawing. A purchase from Talley Brand Company does not affect the odds of winning.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming a Prize
The Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner through a public reply, comment, direct message, or a combination of those methods on the platform through which the selected entry was received.
A potential winner must respond within 30 calendar days after the Sponsor’s first notification attempt and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and ship the prize, including the potential winner’s full legal name, age confirmation, email address, and valid U.S. shipping address.
The Sponsor may require a potential winner to complete and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release where lawful, or other reasonable claim documents.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, is ineligible, fails to provide required information, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize. The Sponsor may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries in the same entry pool.
The Sponsor may publicly announce a confirmed winner’s social media handle. A winner may decline additional use of their name, photograph, or likeness except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Entry Conditions and Conduct
By entering, each entrant agrees to:
-
comply with these Official Rules and the rules of the platform used to enter;
-
accept the Sponsor’s reasonable, good-faith decisions concerning administration, eligibility, and winner selection as final;
-
avoid content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, infringing, invasive of privacy, or unrelated to the Sweepstakes; and
-
avoid bots, multiple-account entry, impersonation, purchased engagement, manipulation, or any attempt to interfere with the Sweepstakes or obtain an unfair advantage.
The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively, or attempts to obtain an unfair advantage.
9. Suspension, Modification, or Cancellation
If fraud, technical failure, platform interruption, unauthorized intervention, a schedule change, legal requirements, or another event outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the fairness, integrity, or operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes.
If reasonably possible and lawful, the Sponsor may award affected prizes from eligible entries received before the disruption. The Sponsor may correct obvious clerical, typographical, or administrative errors in these Official Rules, provided that a correction does not materially disadvantage an entrant after entry.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, X Corp., Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or delivery of a prize, except for claims that cannot legally be waived.
The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccessible, misdirected, deleted, filtered, or unverifiable entries; account restrictions; network or platform failures; unauthorized human intervention; printing or administrative errors; or damage caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Platform Acknowledgments
By entering through Instagram or Facebook, each entrant completely releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from responsibility for the Sweepstakes. Each entrant acknowledges that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering through X, each entrant acknowledges that the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by X Corp.
Any questions, comments, or complaints about the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to X, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
12. Privacy
Information collected from potential winners will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, comply with legal obligations, and announce winners as described in these Official Rules. The Sponsor will not add an entrant to an email marketing list solely because the person entered unless the entrant separately consents.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal proceeding arising from the Sweepstakes must be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. Winners List
Confirmed winners may be announced through Talley Brand’s social media accounts. To request a winners list after the Promotion Period ends, email [email protected] by December 31, 2026.
Part Two: Earned Display Offer Terms
The Earned Display Offer is a guaranteed gift-with-purchase offer. It is separate from the Sweepstakes above and involves no random drawing or element of chance.
1. Offer Period and Availability
The Earned Display Offer begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Daylight Time on July 17, 2026 and continues until the numbered 2026 First Edition displays allocated to this offer have been claimed or until the final Sweepstakes entry deadline described in Part One, whichever occurs first.
The complete 2026 First Edition is limited to 50 individually numbered displays. Six edition pieces are allocated to the Sweepstakes. All other unallocated pieces may be available through qualifying orders. Prior allocations, Sweepstakes prizes, and qualifying orders reduce the remaining inventory. Availability is determined by the Sponsor’s records.
Promotional prototypes and promotional samples are not numbered and are not part of the 50-piece 2026 First Edition.
2. Qualifying Order
A qualifying order is a single completed order placed at TalleyBrand.com during the Offer Period that:
-
includes at least $200.00 in eligible merchandise;
-
uses a shipping address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia; and
-
otherwise complies with these terms.
The $200 threshold is calculated from the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before sales tax. Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, gratuities, canceled items, refunded items, and amounts paid for anything other than eligible merchandise do not count toward the threshold. All physical products offered for sale at TalleyBrand.com count as eligible merchandise unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Each qualifying order earns one display for every complete $200 in eligible merchandise while inventory remains available:
-
$200.00 to $399.99 earns one display.
-
$400.00 to $599.99 earns two displays.
-
$600.00 to $799.99 earns three displays.
-
The same calculation continues in complete $200 increments.
There is no per-customer limit. A customer may earn multiple displays through one qualifying order or through separate qualifying orders, subject to remaining inventory.
Orders placed before the Offer Period do not qualify retroactively.
3. Fulfillment
Each earned display is included at no additional charge with a qualifying order and ships separately from the purchased merchandise. The Sponsor will assign the edition number. Customers may not select, reserve, exchange, or request a particular number.
Earned display processing will begin only after fulfillment of all purchased merchandise in the qualifying order has been completed. Display production, processing, and shipping require additional time after merchandise fulfillment.
The customer must provide a valid deliverable address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The Sponsor is responsible for standard display shipping.
Qualification is determined by the order timestamp and the remaining inventory recorded by the Sponsor. If qualifying orders are received close together when inventory is nearly exhausted, the Sponsor’s payment records and order timestamps will control.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, and Fraud
An order that is canceled, declined, charged back, refunded, or reduced below a qualifying $200 increment before the display ships may lose some or all associated displays. The Sponsor may withhold or cancel display fulfillment if the qualifying transaction is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
Products purchased through the Earned Display Offer are made specifically for the customer after the order is placed. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should contact Talley Brand Company so the Sponsor can review the problem and make it right where appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
The Sponsor may reject attempts to manipulate the offer through fraudulent transactions, coordinated cancellations, false identities, payment abuse, or other conduct inconsistent with the offer’s purpose.
5. Relationship to Sweepstakes
A qualifying order does not enter the customer into the Sweepstakes, create an additional Sweepstakes entry, or improve the customer’s odds of winning. Customers who wish to enter the Sweepstakes must use one of the free social-media entry methods described in Part One.
The limit of one Sweepstakes prize per person does not limit the number of displays a customer may earn through qualifying purchases, subject to remaining inventory.
6. First Edition and Future Editions
Only 50 individually numbered displays will be produced as the Luther Burden: Stranglehold 2026 First Edition. Promotional prototypes and samples are excluded from that number.
Talley Brand Company may create future editions or different versions of the Stranglehold display. Future versions will not be represented as part of the numbered 2026 First Edition.
7. Offer Changes
The Sponsor may correct errors, clarify these terms, or end the Earned Display Offer if required by law or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. The Sponsor will not retroactively revoke a properly earned display from a completed qualifying order merely because the offer later ends or inventory becomes exhausted.
